Your skin is double-cleansed to remove impurities, makeup, and excess oil, preparing it for optimal product absorption.

A gentle exfoliant is applied to remove dead skin cells and smooth the skin’s surface. For more intensive care, we may include enzyme or mild chemical exfoliation (based on skin type).

Blackheads, whiteheads, or clogged pores are carefully extracted to improve skin clarity. This step is performed with care to avoid trauma to the skin.

A soothing facial massage is performed to stimulate circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage, and relax facial tension. This is often a client-favourite step.

A mask tailored to your skin type is applied to target your specific concerns (hydration, calming, brightening, etc.). A custom serum follows to deeply nourish and protect your skin.

We complete your treatment with moisturiser, SPF, and eye care, and offer recommendations for your at-home routine. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, radiant, and cared for.
